Located on the historic Irvine Ranch founded in the late 1800s, Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen celebrates local provisions and the rich history of Irvine Ranch.  As this land was developed over the last 200 years, its fertile soil and produce became an anchor for economic development as the produce shipped throughout the western United States.  Chef Paolo Buffa pays homage to the land and its past by incorporating fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms.  Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen offers a produce forward approach to the dining experience featuring several small plates and shareable’s allowing guests to indulge in a fresh and healthy dining experience, taking you back to the comforts and companionship of the ranch’s manor house many years ago.
